A Public Site for the victims of Manas Hosting

Well, before posting my first post in the series of my experiences with Manas Hostin, I should tell you about manashosting's concept and style of working. Usually it works based on a  powerful theory called Beaurocratic Escapism. Its the most convenient system nowadays.
Manas Hosting people are never ready to solve your problems.
They don't care U are a sincere customer and paid thousands of rupees.
People's time and money is nothing for them.
These comments are not baseless. Soon U can see all the proofs for every comment I made in this blog itself.

Ok, then what is this Beaurocratic Escapism?
Let me explain.
  In Beaurocratic Escapism
a) they always respect u in letters and every way of communication but they cheat you in a very soft manner.
b) whenever there is a need to work ... they just throw the ball to your side and sleep happily. means ... they just ask for some more details. (even if u give they will do nothing. remember its Manashosting.)
For Example U have three doubts and you need help from them. U raised a ticket and posted a ticket as per their system...
then... Manas hosting works in this way.
1) a return mail comes 2 u saying "we received the ticket. ( beaurocratical sincerity.) U think they are good.
2) In no time they post a reply to ur ticket. " more information needed". You might think ... I am wrong. If I had given every information needed ... they could have solved the problem.  If U think like this it could be the biggest joke.

In my 16 years of journalism I have written more than 2900 articles. I went thru many institutions and I know many people who are careless about their customers. But I have never experienced Manas hosting (Web Hosting Service located @ Bangalore) like treatment. They are very careless and irresponsible. This is not just blaming ... I have every proof with me, both electronic and hard proofs like Emails, pay in slips, Phone numbers, Ticket numbers, PDF files, and screen recorded videos and phone calls (Legally recorded).

Now I am collecting the database of manashosting victims. I will present every case with all proofs.

The pity is they have given a link like feedback and asked me to complain if I am not satisfied. It leads me to the same old link where there is no way to complain to any senior managers. Thatswhy I had to start this blog. No other way. If I save at least a 20 people for a month from being cheated I think I am successful.

People who know me really... know I am not at all a quarrelsome person. So they can understand why I am vexed and started fighting. Its a genuine fight for a genuine cause. People who know me and my sincerity definitely will help me. But I request all the visitors to give info for this genuine cause.
